Joining Solvar in Nov 2017, Siva initially led the Treasury Function and was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer in March 2018. Siva has over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector internationally, including Australia, India, UK and the Middle East. Prior to joining Solvar, Siva spent 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers specialising in the asset finance sector and a brief stint in a fintech start-up. Siva holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Chartered Accountant. Siva is also a member of the Audit Committee for Law Institute of Victoria.

Pushkar joined Solvar in Sep 2022 and has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Financial Services sector, internationally, including Australia, Japan, India, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Pushkar comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience in Operational Management, Operational Governance, Business Strategy, Process excellence, Landscape transformation, Project Management and Change Management. Before joining Solvar, he worked with BMW Financial Services for 15 years, across multiple countries and handled a wide variety of roles including his last position as COO for BMW Credit in Malaysia.

Pushkar brings a comprehensive understanding and specialized experience in leading multicultural teams to drive IT & Business landscape transformation, compliance remediation, and Operational Performance Enhancements.

Pushkar holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and MBA in Finance.

Tessa joined Solvar in November 2021, with a wealth of people and culture experience across a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, hospitality, tourism, education and technology. Tessa is an accomplished people and culture leader with a track record of modernising the employee experience, driving engagement through strategic, and purpose driven people planning. While Tessa's experience has been in generalist people and culture roles, she brings a specialisation in the people transition process for M&A, capability diagnoses, talent development and creation and execution of the employee value proposition.

Tessa has a Bachelor Degree in Arts from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Human Resources Management, and is currently completing her MBA at Deakin University.

Prior to joining Solvar, Craig acquired a wealth of experience working through varied industries including mining, manufacturing, financial services. Craig previously spent 4 years in various roles including CFO and Company Secretary at listing property group Wentworth Holdings Limited. Prior to Wentworth, he spent 10 years as Group Financial Controller for a large Financial Services company Oamps Ltd. Craig brings a strong background in financial reporting, company secretarial, mergers and acquisitions and change management. He is also a member of the Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) and after spending 5 years in the role of CFO, looking after all financial aspects of Solvar's operations and overseeing several acquisitions, Craig now spearheads the growth of the secured division via the broker channel.

Dave has over 35 years of Banking and Financial Services experience, specialising in Lending Business Start-ups, Business Operational Management, Credit Risk Management, Compliance, Customer Service Management, Project Management and Change Management. Over a 7-year period, Dave has also provided Project Management and Business Transformation Consultancy services to Homeside Lending, Challenger, NAB, ANZ and Latitude.

Permanent positions have included Head of Credit and Operations for General Motors Finance in Australia (GMFA). Prior to GMFA, Dave held executive positions at RESIMAC – Director of Operations and Director – Capel Court Financial Services (Finance Broking Aggregation Services for – Auto Finance, Mortgage Lending, Commercial Lending), a Non-Conforming Mortgage lender and as a Business Development Manager in BankWest Victoria for the 3rd Party Finance Broker Origination Channel. Prior to these positions, Dave held various positions in E2E (end to end) Lending business units in BankWest/CBA, ST George/WBC, ANZ and Esanda Dealer Auto Finance.
